Reset a password
Users can manually reset their passwords, as long as an username or email address can be provided. If this is not possible, contact the NHMLAC Web Team.
Navigate to the password reset page
Navigate to the password reset page at https://<domain>/user/password, i.e. https://nhmlac.org/user/password.
Enter your username or email address
Enter your username or email address in the field provided. Click the Submit button.
Check your email
You should receive an email form info.nhm.org with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email to reset your password.`
Log in after clicking the link
After clicking the link in the email, you will be taken to a page to reset your password. Enter your new password in the fields provided. Click the Log in button to save your new password.
Reset your password
Enter in a new password in the fields provided. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your new password.
