Adding New Users

If you are an administrator, you have the privilege of creating new users.

Go to the toolbar menu to click on People > Add User. Note, if you are not logged in as an administrator, please log in with your credentials on https://nhm.org/user (opens in a new tab).

Roles

You are required to fill out information for username and password. In order to notify the user of their account creation, please provide their email address and toggle to "notify user of new account".

There are many different types of roles to grant the user.

User Roles

For example, you can check "Webform Editor Role" to create a role purely for those who need access to create, edit and delete webforms (past and present).

Note: Please be aware of the full privileges you are granting or denying the user by assigning them each role type. For full detail of permissions given for each role, you can check by going into People > Permissions.

Domain Access

Check off the designated domains you want to give access for the user.

Most likely, you can skip the Domain administrator section and URL alias section.

Click "Create new account" to create the user!
