RESEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL IN BACKOFFICE
1. Login to ACME Backoffice (opens in a new tab)
https://backoffice.acmeticketing.com/ (opens in a new tab)
2. Navigate to "Orders"
3. Locate your order by searching by order number and / or date
4. Select the date of the guest's visit
5. Click "Search"
6. Locate your order
7. Click “View”
8. Click "Resend order confirmation" button
9. Verify the email address is correct
10. Click "Send Email"
