Capacity and Sales Channels

1. Navigate to ACME backoffice and the Events List.

Use the calendar to find the appropriate event date and event name. Once you have found the correct event, double click on the event name to open up the event details.

For this example, we will be adjusting the Corporate Partner Admission - T1 - Natural History Museum event.

2. Click "Edit Event" in the upper right hand corner to make adjustments.

3. You will be able to adjust the capacity on the description tab.

If you are adjusting the capacity to be lower, please ensure you do not enter in a number that is less than the current number of tickets sold!

4. To adjust the availalbe sales channels, navigate to the "Schedule" tab.

5. Uncheck or check whichever sales channels you would like to make un/available.

6. Once all changes have been made, click "Update".

Do not navigate away from this screen until you see a green bar that says "Successfully Updated" Step 6 screenshot

7. Click on Cancel to exit out of the event (Cancel means "back" in this situation)

8. Double check on this screen that the capacity and sales channels section are updated with the new changes. If they are not, click "Edit Event" and re-enter and save the changes.

9. If the changes are correct, select "Back" to navigate back to the Events List.
