1. Ensure the POS version if on the correct one. If correct, log into ACME POS production as normal
If the version is incorrect, use the Self Service app to reinstall the ACME POS app.
2. Navigate to the configuration menu from the hamburger menu on the top right corner. You can also double check the version at the bottom of this pop-out.
3. In Configuration, ensure the terminal ID is correct (case matters!) and ensure all hardware is still connected.
You can test the printer by having it test print a receipt and you can test the card reader by selling a ticket from the Point of Sale Menu.
4. If the configuration menu looks good and the app is on the right version, then it has been updated successfully!
**As an extra check, before, putting the iPad away, check that Wi-Fi is turned off!
