Refund an Order
1. Navigate to the home menu and select the "hamburger" menu
2. Select Order Management
3. Search for the order using the search bar or the Events Schedule/ Event Names
4. Tap the correct order listed in the search results
5. Select VOID ITEMS
6. Select the desired items/tickets to refund
7. Select VOID ITEMS
8. Write a reason these items/tickets need to be refunded in the Notes section
9. Next Select a Reason (e.g. "Payment", "Cancelled Event", etc.)
10. Have a supervisor enter the passcode to approve the refund
11. Select DONE to finish
