Rebook a Group Deposit Order

**Before rebooking, make sure you have the order number of the original order (the event on the original order should be a General Admission Voucher Event.)

1. In the "Events List" click the calendar icon

2. Select the date the event you would like to rebook the order to is on.

3. Locate the Event to rebook.

For group orders being rebooked from the voucher event, it will be one either Admission - Natural History Museum or Admission - La Brea Tar Pits Step 3 screenshot

4. Select the calendar icon on the chosen event line

5. Enter the order number that needs to be rebooked

6. Click on Find Order

7. You should see the original order details (event name, date and ticket quantities) on the left side and the new event details (name, date and ticket types) on the right side.

8. Adjust the ticket quantities on the right side so that it matches what you had in the original order.

*Please note that as you add ticket quantities to the new event on the right side, it decreases the ticket quantities on the original event on the left side. Step 8 screenshot

9. When you are finished moving all ticket quantities to the new event, click on Review & Pay

10. Select "No Payment" if they are not paying their balance right now. Select "Pay Other Amount" if they are paying down their balance.

*If they are paying any amount, enter in their payment information below. Step 10 screenshot

11. Select "Do Not Send Confirmation Email"

We will be sending the confirmation email in a subsequent step. Step 11 screenshot

12. Click on Rebook Order

13. Once you click "Rebook Order", it will bring you back to the Order Details (you may need a wait a minute).

14. We will send the confirmation email from this screen. Click on "Email Status"

15. Click on "Resend Order Confirmation"

16. Email Address should automatically populate but you can also send it to a different email address if necessary.

17. Click on Send Email

18. This order has now been successfully rebooked and a confirmation email sent!
