Booking Business Guest for 3rd Party Employees (Trimana, United, etc.)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Business Guest General Admission and Parking MUST be booked at the same time. Parking cannot be added after the order is finalized. (Refer to Step 4)

The Business Guest contact information should be entered for the contact information when checking out and clicking on the “contact/person” icon. (Refer to Step 10)

An Email MUST be sent upon finalizing the order. This is to ensure the QR code will be sent in the email. (Refer to Step 12)
1. Select the General Admission to the museum requested
2. Tap Adult tickets
Note: For business guest there should only be one ticket per transaction. If there are multiple requests such as 5 business guests they must be done in separate orders.
3. Select "ADD TO ORDER" or "CHECKOUT" if no parking is needed then select "CHECKOUT" for a faster process
4. Add General Public Parking to the order and select "APPLY COUPONS"
PLEASE NOTE: IF A PARKING IS NEEDED IT MUST BE IN THE INITIAL ORDER, PARKING CANNOT BE ADDED LATER
5. Tap the tickets to apply a coupon
6. Search for the 3rd party VIP Code
7. Tap APPLY
3rd Party coupon codes will have the 3rd party company name and VIP in the code
8. Apply the 3rd party company VIP coupon to Parking as well
9. Select "CHECKOUT"
10. Enter the BUSINESS GUEST'S information for the order contact
11. Select Cash and Complete to finish
Note: Emailed confirmation can either be sent to the Staff Member if they provide their email and request it or to the business guest attached to the order contact.
12. IMPORTANT: AN EMAIL MUST BE SENT AT THE END OF THE ORDER
