Community Partner Orders with Coupons

1. The following Documentation covers how to apply a coupon and add an organization for Community Partner orders.

Please Note:

Prior to creating your order, send an asana request to the Ticketing Team that you want to create an order for . When you hear back that you are set to create that order, follow the steps below.

2. Navigate to the ACME Events List and select your events by clicking the ticket icon on the event line. Ex: Community Partner Admission - Natural History Museum

3. Select additional events by clicking the ticket icon on the event line. Ex: Butterfly Pavilion

4. When all your tickets and events have been added to your cart, click Checkout.

Note: Do NOT add an organization at this step. Step 4 screenshot

5. Adjust your ticket quantities for your events.

7. Located towards the top right enter the Community Partners discount code. Ex: Koreatown Youth and Community Center's coupon code is CPKFAM (you can get this information from the Ticketing Team if needed).

8. Click on your coupon code in the dropdown.

9. Click on Apply Coupons

10. Click on Cash as the form of payment as this is order is free.

11. Enter the point of contact's information under the Billing information section for the order. Ex: Using Magdalyne Romero, NHM Staff Member.

Note: The address should be the same as the organization's address. Do NOT use the NHM/LBTP address. Step 11 screenshot

12. Send a confirmation email to the billing address by selecting "Send confirmation to billing contact email address only"

Note: If you or a member of your team is meeting the group then you do not need to send a confirmation email. Step 12 screenshot

13. Select "Print at home"

14. Click on Place Order when finished.

15. In the Order Details of your recently placed order, click Edit Order.

16. Click on Add Organization

17. Enter your Organization in the search bar.

18. Click on your Community Partner Organization for this order. Ex: KOREAN YOUTH AND COMMUNITY CENTER - MENLO.

19. Click on Select on the New Contact (Point of Contact for the order).

20. Click on Edit on the address line and click on Add. (This will/should be the organization's address.)

22. Ensure you select "Do not send confirmation email".

23. Click on Update Order

24. You will now see the Organization listed under the Organization Name section in the Order details!

25. Now that your order is done, update the original asana request you made to enable the Community Partner Organization coupon code functionality that you have finished.

Updating the asana request with your completion status is required, as the ticketing team needs to remove the functionality to ensure the organization cannot book unplanned free tickets online.
