CREATING A NEW SCHOOL RESERVATION ORDER VIA PHONE CALL OR EMAIL

1. Open your web browser

2. To Book a school visit to NHM, navigate to the School Admission - Natural History Museum Purchase Path

3. To Book a school visit to La Brea Tar Pits, navigate to the School Admission - La Brea Tar Pits Purchase Path

4. Select the date the school wants to visit

5. Add the requested number of teacher tickets

6. Add the requested number of chaperone tickets

7. Add the requested number of grade-specific student tickets

8. Click “Place Order” button

9. Complete the School Booking Form

Please collect and record all information provided by the educator or field trip coordinator on the form. Form questions and required fields are determined by School Programs staff. Step 9 screenshot

10. Click “Submit and Continue” button

11. Enter coordinator information in “Payment Information” section

12. Click “Continue to Review” button

15. You are done booking a school reservation!
