1. Login to ACME Backoffice

2. Go to Acme: Reports

3. Click on View/Edit on the report line you wish to update

4. The Date field filter can be changed by clicking on the dropdown and selecting a different option

5. If you need to adjust columns, click "Edit Columns" to begin

Editing columns currently included on the report is only possible if the report is not using the "Group By" method Step 5 screenshot

6. To add or remove a column to your report, click on a field name

7. Click on Preview to continue and then click Save

8. If a report is using "Group By" to control columns, simply click the + Add Field to add another column

Note that there is an 8 column maximum of 8 columns for "Group By" at this time. In some circumstances it can be beneficial to use "Group By" rather than strictly columns as it can pull certain data more accurately Step 8 screenshot

9. To add a column that uses mathematical formulas simply click +Add Field under the "Summarize By" section

Be sure that "Summarize By" is working properly by using test data and verifying results Step 9 screenshot

10. To add a Filter, click on + Add Filter and enter your filtered information

Filters are good for pulling very specific information such as a all Renewal Membership purchases Step 10 screenshot
