CANCEL ORDER

1. Login to ACME Backoffice (opens in a new tab)

2. Locate your order by searching by order number and / or date

3. Click "Search"

4. To help narrow your search, select the date of the school visit from the calendar

5. Locate your order

6. Click "view"

7. Click on "Cancel Order and Refund"

8. Leave "Send a notification email" unchecked

9. Select a reason from the drop down

10. Add order notes if applicable

11. Click "Confirm Cancellation and Refund"

12. Confirm your order was cancelled in the order summary tab
