Cancel or Delete Event with Tickets Sold
Description: When an event needs to be removed from sale, you can either delete the event or cancel it.
A deleted event can be restored. A cancelled event cannot be restored.
Cancellations are best when a mass email needs to be sent to all orders in the event.

1. Go to Acme: Events List and find the correct date and time of the event you want to cancel or delete
2. To Cancel an event, click on the cancel icon located under in the Cancel column
Make sure you are on the correct event line
3. Check Send a cancellation notification email to all buyers
4. The Program owner will provide cancellation copy. Paste provided copy into the cancellation email message section.

6. Click on Cancel Event to confirm
7. To Delete an event, find the event on the Event List and click view.
Note: You first need to coordinate with Call Center to remove all existing orders attached.
8. Click on Edit Event
9. Enter the capacity matching the number of tickets sold currently on the event
10. Click on SCHEDULE
11. Uncheck the Web Sales Channel
12. Click on Update
13. When all orders have been refunded by the Call Center and there are now 0 sold tickets, click on the delete icon under the Delete tab on the targeted event line
*Please ensure Call Center is aware that they need to reach out to the ticketing team when they are finished removing all orders.
