Holiday/Closed Exceptions

The following covers how to make holiday/closed day exceptions in ACME, meaning the system will automatically not create events based on the exception setting.

1. Login to ACME Backoffice

2. Click on Settings > Company Profile

3. Navigate to the Company Holidays, Observances, and Revised Hours section

4. Click on Add an exception

5. Enter your exception Title

Note: Titles should include the holiday (i.e. Martin Luther King Jr. Day) if applicable or the month and day of the closed date Step 5 screenshot

6. Select your exception Date using the calendar icon or entering in the date line

7. Click on Update to confirm your new exception

8. To remove an exception simply click on Remove exception on the exception line of choice

9. Click on Update to confirm removal

Note: Exceptions can be updated as opposed to adding a new exception as long as the exception is not being used for another purpose. Step 9 screenshot
