Group Booking
Note: groups must cancel at least 72 hours in advance of their visit date to receive a refund
1. Click on Organizations

2. Click on Create Organization

3. Enter the organized group name (i.e. Girl Scouts) or the occasion (i.e. Brenda's birthday party")for Organization name

4. Select Paid Groups for Organization Category

5. Enter the Organizer's phone number

6. Enter the Organizer's Address

7. Check Same as organization address

8. Enter the Organizer as the primary contact

9. Select Deferred Payment for Policy

10. Check Require unique values

11. Check Print-at-home for Delivery

12. Click on Create

13. Click on Events

14. Click on the ticket icons for the desired events
In this example: GA NHM and Spider Pavilion

15. Click on Organization

16. Search and Select the Group's organization

17. Click on Continue

18. Enter the quantity of tickets for GA
Note:
- DO NOT USE TICKET TYPES THAT END WITH "- Group", IT IS NOT FOR REGULAR GROUP BOOKINGS!
- Coupons are automatically applied with the selected organization

19. Enter the quantity of tickets for the Upsell(s) (i.e. Spider Pavilion)

20. Select Pay Other Amount if Organizer would prefer to pay on arrival and not in full up front
PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum of $50 for GA payments that must be paid up-front and all upsells must be paid up-front.

21. Example: $96 is the total of 12 Spider Pavilion adult tickets and $50 is the minimum payment for GA up-front which totals to $146 for up-front payments.
This example reaches the $50 minimum for GA and fulfills the required upsell payment up-front

22. Select "Print-at-home"

23. Select the Payment Method

24. Enter the Organizer's payment information

25. Enter the Organizer's billing address information

26. Enter the Organizer's credit card information if applicable

27. Select "Send confirmations to payment contact email address only"

28. Click on Book Order to finalize the order!
