Redeem Gift Membership

1. Tap the "hamburger" menu

2. Select Order Management

3. Search for the gift membership order in the search bar

To find a previous gift membership order:

• The guest can provide the receipt emailed from the purchaser of the gift membership

• The guest can provide the order number from the purchaser of the gift membership

• The guest can provide the name or email from the purchaser of the gift membership

4. Select the gift membership order from the search results

5. Select for CONVERT TO MEMBERSHIP

6. Select the membership to convert to

7. Select the membership offer (1 year or 2 years)

8. Select the gift membership to convert

9. ClickSelect CONTINUE TO MEMBER INFO

10. Enter the primary cardholder's information according to the prompt

Note: Email is optional but encouraged

11. Select OK to continue

12. Select a form of payment

Note: if the balance due is $0.00 the default selection is cash

13. Select COMPLETE

14. Select DONE
