Booking Business Guests for NHM/LBTP Staff Members
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Business Guest General Admission and Parking MUST be booked at the same time. Parking cannot be added after the order is finalized. (Refer to Step 8)

The Business Guest contact information should be entered for the contact information when checking out and clicking on the “contact/person” icon. (Refer to Step 11)

An Email MUST be sent upon finalizing the order. This is to ensure the QR code will be sent in the email. (Refer to Step 13)
1. Select Members
2. Search for the Staff Member who requested Business Guests
3. In the results, tap the staff member
4. Tap "TRANSACT"
5. Locate the Business Guest Events, tap "Business Guest" (either Green = NHM or Orange = LBTP)
6. Tap the Business Guest ticket to add to order
7. Select Add to Order
8. Tap "Parking" to get parking if requested
PLEASE NOTE: IF A PARKING IS NEEDED IT MUST BE IN THE INITIAL ORDER, PARKING CANNOT BE ADDED LATER
9. Tap "Parking - Natural Business Guest"
10. Select either "ADD TO ORDER" or "CHECKOUT"
11. Enter the information of the BUSINESS GUEST coming as the order contact
12. Select Cash and Complete the order when finished
Note: Emailed confirmation can either be sent to the Staff Member if they provide their email and request it or to the business guest attached to the order contact.
13. IMPORTANT: AN EMAIL MUST BE SENT AT THE END OF THE ORDER
