Converting Tickets to a Membership

1. Navigate to the Home menu and select the "hamburger" menu

2. Select Order Management

3. Search for a customer's order to convert tickets to a membership

Search Options include:

• the search bar highlighted in the photo below

• Searching by Schedule on the left

• Searching by Event Names and Date

4. Enter the customer's name or order number associated with the order

5. Click the correct order number line for conversion

6. Select CONVERT TO MEMBERSHIP

7. Select the desired membership for conversion

8. Select the membership year offer

9. Select the tickets to convert

10. Click CONTINUE TO MEMBER INFO

11. Enter the primary cardholder information

12. Enter the secondary cardholder information and click OK to continue

13. This next screen will display any potential duplicates

• If there are potential duplicates click MANAGE on the duplicate

• If there are no potential duplicate then click DONE MANAGING DUPES

14. Select the form of payment

15. Enter the amount to be charged or cash given

16. Click COMPLETE when payment is finalized and balanced

17. Select DONE
